Who We Are

A Kerala, India based Chartered Accountancy Firm having more than 28 years continuing experience in the area of Statutory & Management Audits, IND AS conversion, Stock Audit, Preparation and filing of returns, Financial Review, Tax Representations, Tax Compliance Advise & Review, Project Report Preparation, Management Consultancy in the area of accounts and finance etc. Our multi disciplinary team also specialized in core financial service like financial analysis, setting up of MIS reporting structure and financial reengineering for existing and new companies who are in system implementation and restructuring process.

After establishing in the year 1991, we have been in the profession of Accountancy, Audit and Financial consultancy service, for the past 28 years.  We are located at Thrissur, in the State of Kerala but now extending our service to our clients from any part of the Universe, for compliance under the Indian Direct and Indirect Taxes.  Thanks to Information Technology, Globalisation and Non-resident Indians.
